Our team just got back from the AFLA Corporate Fleet Conference in Las Vegas. Attendance hit a new high, and many of the people there were at their first AFLA. Data was the hot topic. AI got plenty of airtime, but most conversations came back to the data feeding it. What does this look like in your operation? Are you using AI anywhere in your fleet program yet? AFLA was amazing!
AI is powerful to help predictive decision making. Imagine identifying replacement vehicles not by time and miles, but by which units are most likely to experience a catastrophic failure in the next 12 months, and replacing those before it happens!
