Ram ProMaster City Ordering Update – Deliveries Expected Q1 2027

Stellantis has provided an update on the upcoming Ram ProMaster City, confirming that vehicle specifications are now available in Autodata. While order banks have not officially opened, there are currently no planned allocation limits or ordering restrictions.

The first shipment of vehicles is expected to arrive at the Baltimore transformation center in late Q4 2026, with deliveries to customers and dealerships anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2027. An official ordering timeline has not yet been announced.

For fleets, the return of the ProMaster City provides another option in the compact commercial van segment. Fleets considering this model should begin evaluating vehicle specifications and replacement needs while awaiting confirmation of order bank opening dates and availability.

October U.S. Auto Sales Expected to Rise 7.2% Despite Economic Headwinds

U.S. new-vehicle sales are expected to reach approximately 1.38 million units in October, representing a 7.2% increase year over year and a 3.6% increase from September, according to Cox Automotive. The seasonally adjusted annual rate (SAAR) is projected at 16.1 million, up slightly from September's 16.0 million and October 2025's 15.7 million. October has 28 selling days, three more than September and one more than last year, contributing to the anticipated sales growth.
