Toyota Opens Additional 2027 Model Order Banks
Toyota has opened order banks for several 2027 model-year vehicles, including the Corolla Hatchback, Land Cruiser, Prius Hybrid, Prius Plug-in Hybrid, bZ, bZ Woodland, Camry, Corolla Gas, and Crown. These models are now available for fleet ordering, allowing customers to begin securing production for the 2027 model year.
For fleet operators, this is an opportunity to place orders early for high-demand models and improve the likelihood of receiving preferred production timing. Fleets planning 2027 vehicle replacements should review their acquisition schedules and work with their fleet management company or dealer to secure allocations as order banks continue to open throughout the model year.

EV Market Cools in June as Used Inventory Continues to Grow
Electric vehicle sales slowed in June after a stronger May, with both new and used EV sales declining month over month. New EV sales fell 15.2% from May and accounted for 5.4% of all new-vehicle sales, while used EV sales declined 15.6% but remained more than 20% higher than a year ago. Tesla continued to lead the market, although Rivian was one of the few brands to post monthly sales gains. Inventory for new EVs increased modestly but remained well below year-ago levels, indicating manufacturers are continuing to manage production carefully. Meanwhile, the growing supply of off-lease and trade-in vehicles continues to expand the used EV market and improve affordability.
