Is your fleet ready for the 2027 model year?

#acquisizioni#ordinare#remarketing

With the 2026 model year winding down and 2027s opening up, now is the time to start thinking about your replacement strategy. A few questions worth asking right now: -Do you know which vehicles in your fleet are approaching their optimal cycle point? -Are you ordering early enough to lock in introductory pricing and secure optimal delivery timelines? -Have you looked at what your current vehicles are actually worth before values erode further? The fleets that plan ahead consistently come out ahead on cost, equity, and operational continuity. The ones that wait end up reacting - and reacting is almost always more expensive. What does your 2027 planning process look like? What challenges are you facing in your evaluation process?

The biggest challenges in our 2027 planning process are managing shifting OEM production schedules, order bank timing, allocation constraints, and model-year transitions. Vehicle pricing and incentive uncertainty also make acquisition cost forecasting more difficult. Success increasingly depends on staying ahead of ordering deadlines, closely monitoring manufacturer updates, and securing allocation early to ensure vehicles are delivered when needed.
