WEX Launches Unified Fuel and EV Charging Card for Mixed-Energy Fleets
WEX has introduced an upgraded WEX Fleet card with built-in EV payment capabilities, allowing mixed-energy fleets to pay for both gasoline and public EV charging with a single card, account, and invoice. The solution integrates fueling and EV charging across WEX’s closed-loop network, enabling access to more than 90% of U.S. gas stations and over 175,000 public charging ports.
Canadian Light Vehicle Sales Show Uneven Provincial Performance in 2025
Canadian provincial new light vehicle sales in 2025 showed wide variation, ranging from a 3.2% decline in Quebec to an 11.7% increase in Nova Scotia. Quebec’s decline was largely driven by a sharp pullback after the ZEV incentive–fueled surge at the end of 2024, with sales falling nearly 18% in December year over year. British Columbia, another ZEV-heavy market, also posted a slight annual decline of 0.6%.
