Nissan has announced that fleet orders for the 2027 Kicks S AWD will close at the end of business on July 31 due to unexpected production constraints. The Kicks S FWD and all other Kicks trim levels remain available to order. Nissan noted that the earlier-than-expected cutoff is intended to avoid accepting orders that could not be fulfilled later in the production cycle.

Production constraints continue to shorten ordering windows across the industry, making early order placement increasingly important. Fleets planning to add Kicks S AWD models will now need to evaluate alternative trims or front-wheel-drive configurations. Closely monitoring manufacturer ordering updates and submitting orders as soon as order banks open remains the best strategy for minimizing the impact of future allocation or production restrictions.
