FCA Fleet Incentive Program: Eligibility, Requirements, and Compliance Overview
This program supports sales of FCA vehicles to approved fleet customers buying from dealer stock. To qualify, customers must be registered fleet accounts with a valid Fleet Account Number (FAN).
Dealers must confirm eligibility, pass all incentives directly to the customer (or fleet management company), and keep detailed records, including VINs and proof that discounts were applied.
Certain sales are not eligible, including vehicles sold without a FAN, to government agencies, for export, or those tied to other incentive programs like VIP.
Vehicles must be properly reported through the system to receive incentives. Customers are also required to keep and use the vehicles for at least 12 months or 12,000 miles, and keep them in the U.S.
FCA can audit both dealers and customers, and any failure to follow the rules can result in repayment of incentives or removal from the program.
