Toyota Highlander BEV Delayed to 2028MY
Toyota has delayed the planned Highlander BEV again, moving the all-electric SUV from the 2027 model year to the 2028 model year. An opening date for fleet ordering has not yet been announced.
Fleets considering the Highlander BEV for upcoming electrification plans will need to adjust replacement timelines or consider alternative EV options in the interim. More information on ordering, pricing, specifications, and production timing is expected closer to launch.

Wholesale Used-Vehicle Values Decline in August
The Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index finished August at 208.2, down 0.9% from July but 0.4% higher than a year ago. Depreciation slowed toward the end of the month as used retail demand strengthened. Retail days’ supply fell to 44 days, while wholesale sales conversion improved to 57.2% from July.
